About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing team at Rivertree.
The CSA plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience by handling client communications, scheduling, paperwork, and process workflows. You will be the first point of contact for clients-helping them feel supported and cared for—while also ensuring our internal systems and processes run smoothly.
Rivertree Wealth is an independent RIA firm specializing in retirement planning for people age 50+. We are growing quickly due to our YouTube channel and podcast.
This is a fully remote position and an opportunity to jump into a fast-growing firm where you will directly impact both our clients’ lives and the efficiency of our operations.
